Our Privacy Policy sets outs out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. For our data processing in Australia, we continue to comply with the Australian Privacy Act including its 13 Privacy Principles.
This Privacy Policy covers personal information you provide to Onboarded when you access our website or its subdomain at www.onboarded.com.au and when you use our products and services (“Services”).
By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on our website. Where we provide the Services to an organization that is our client (for example your employer), that organisation is the administrator of the service and controls the information processed by the Services.

Onboarded is selective when choosing its Integrated TPAs and takes care to assess the suitability of the third party suppliers, with the goal that all integrations enhance the Services and offer benefits to you. Please note the Integrated TPAs are not owned or controlled by us and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. These third parties who have been granted access to your data may have their own policies and practices for its collection, use and sharing. Please check the Integrated TPAs’ permissions, privacy settings and notices for information about these services or contact the provider with any questions.
We do not disclose personal information outside of Australia.
We may collect personal information about you when you use and access our website.
While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our website, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the internet protocol address assigned to your computer.
